I've worked with Michael Roybal at IT Colorado multiple times over the past 13 years and he's taken care of numerous computer issues I've experienced. He's handled security issues on my pc, virus removal and software installation. I am a small business owner working with other companies. I remote login into the companies’ servers, which requires IT personnel to make changes to my computer. One such change was causing delays in outside work for other clients. Mike with IT Colorado was able to come in and detect the issue immediately. It was resolved in a way that I am better able to serve all my clients and did not affect my remote access to other companies. The best part, it was all remote, so I did not have to take my computer in and miss days of work!!!

IT Colorado was able to solve a problem with my laptop's speaker for FAR less money than I was going to be charged. Since this was a hardware vs. software issue, my membership with the Geek Squad was not going to be helpful. Those techs told me the problem was going to require sending the laptop out of state and was going to start at $200. Wanting a second opinion, I went to IT Colorado. Travis explored the problem, and then had my device undergo an overnight test, which he kept monitoring. True to his suspicion, the problem was a corrupted update . I walked out with a working speaker, a fatter wallet, and a new place to take any future computer woes! Georgia W.

It was a delight to work with Travis. He didn’t try to snow me ( an elderly lady) like some other tech guys did - no telling me I needed a new hard drive or a whole new computer!!! He correctly diagnosed a simple software repair and did it promptly. This will definitely be my go to place for computer problems from here on!

Did a google request form at night and first thing in the morning they got back to me and said to bring my laptop up to fix, within 10-15 minutes of being there they had fixed my issue. Super friendly and professional. Definitely recommend to everyone.
